Abadi Warrior, Caliphal Soldier

    Soldado califal nubio

Warrior of Nubian origin, and a slave, like most of the soldiers who formed part of the troops of Abd al-Rhaman III, the first Andalusian Caliph. In this case we can see a member of the infantry who wears a hauberk, and carries a compound bow and a wooden shield. He retains also identity signs of its country such as the light tunic under the armor, its bracelets, and the power of being able to move and fight barefoot. (10th century AD).
